Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CrownGenix, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for all of our patients. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Consultation Fees
When you complete a medical consultation through CrownGenix, you are paying for the time and expertise of a licensed healthcare provider to review your health information and make a clinical determination regarding your suitability for treatment.
- Non-Refundable After Physician Review: Consultation fees are non-refundable once a licensed physician has reviewed your submitted health information. The consultation fee covers the physician's professional evaluation, regardless of the outcome.
- Refundable If Not Yet Reviewed: If you cancel your consultation before a physician has reviewed your information, you may be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
2. Prescription Denied by Physician
If the prescribing physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you and denies your prescription request:
- You will not be charged for the cost of the medication.
- The consultation fee remains non-refundable, as the physician has completed their clinical evaluation.
- You will be notified of the decision and may receive guidance on alternative next steps, such as consulting with an in-person healthcare provider.
3. Shipped Prescription Orders
Due to federal and state regulations governing the handling and distribution of prescription medications:
- No Returns Accepted: Prescription medications that have been shipped cannot be returned, resold, or re-dispensed once they leave the pharmacy. This is required by law to ensure the safety and integrity of pharmaceutical products.
- No Refunds on Delivered Medications: Once your prescription order has been shipped and delivered, refunds for the medication cost are not available, except in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments (see below).
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we may reship the order at our discretion, but additional shipping fees may apply.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a shipment that is damaged during transit or contains incorrect medication:
- Contact our support team at support@crowngenix.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the damaged product or packaging are helpful and may be requested.
- Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- In cases where a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the affected items.
5. Subscription Cancellation
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan through CrownGenix:
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal is processed to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by emailing support@crowngenix.com with your account details and a cancellation request.
- Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current subscription benefits until the period expires.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Reactivation: If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, you may do so at any time through your account or by contacting support.
6. Refund Processing Time
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
- If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of the confirmation email, please contact your bank or credit card provider, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email support@crowngenix.com with the following information:
- Your full name and account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (photographs of damaged items, etc.)
Our support team will review your request and respond within two business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional complications for both parties.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of CrownGenix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
