Welcome to CrownGenix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, telehealth platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a consultation, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Telehealth Services

CrownGenix provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations related to hair loss treatment. Please understand the following:

  • Our platform facilitates asynchronous telehealth consultations where licensed physicians review your health information and, if clinically appropriate, prescribe treatment.
  • A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Healthcare providers exercise independent medical judgment and may decline to prescribe if they determine it is not appropriate for your condition.
  • CrownGenix does not itself provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers.
  • Telehealth services are not a replacement for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during the consultation process. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could endanger your health.

3. Prescriptions and Medications

  • All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing physician based on your medical history, questionnaire responses, and clinical evaluation.
  • Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • You agree to use medications only as prescribed and to report any adverse effects to your healthcare provider promptly.
  • You acknowledge that all medications carry potential risks and side effects. The prescribing physician will inform you of relevant risks associated with your treatment.
  • You must not share your prescribed medications with others. Prescription medications are intended solely for the individual to whom they are prescribed.

4. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • For prescription products, your payment is authorized (held) at the time of checkout but is not captured (charged) until a licensed physician approves your prescription.
  • If your prescription is denied, the payment authorization will be released and you will not be charged.
  • Subscription orders will automatically renew at the interval you select unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel subscriptions from your account dashboard at any time.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.

6. Refund Policy

  • Prescription Denied: If a physician does not approve your prescription, you will not be charged and any payment hold will be released.
  • Shipped Orders: Due to the nature of prescription medications and health products, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been shipped. Exceptions may be made for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once a physician has reviewed your case.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CROWNGENIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION.
