Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Last Updated: April 21, 2026

This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable state privacy laws. At CrownGenix, we respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

1. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

CrownGenix does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not have plans to sell personal information in the future. This commitment applies to all users of our platform, regardless of your state of residence.

Under the CCPA, a "sale" is broadly defined as sharing personal information with a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. We want to be clear: your personal data, health information, and browsing activity are never sold to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their own commercial purposes.

2. Information We Collect

In the course of providing our telehealth and prescription services, CrownGenix collects the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and account credentials.
  • Health Information: Medical history, health questionnaire responses, photographs submitted for clinical evaluation, prescription history, and communications with healthcare providers.
  • Financial Information: Payment method details (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers), billing address, and transaction history.
  • Internet Activity: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website.
  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on IP address (used to verify service eligibility).

3. Third-Party Sharing (Not a Sale)

CrownGenix shares personal information with certain third parties solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. These disclosures are not considered "sales" under the CCPA because they are made for legitimate business purposes, and we maintain contractual agreements with each party to protect your data. The categories of third parties include:

  • Licensed Healthcare Providers: Independent physicians who review your medical consultation and make prescribing decisions. Sharing of health information is necessary for the delivery of medical care and is governed by HIPAA.
  • Licensed Pharmacies: Dispensing pharmacies that fulfill your prescriptions. This sharing is required for prescription fulfillment and is governed by pharmacy regulations and HIPAA.
  • Payment Processors: Third-party payment services (such as Stripe) that securely process your transactions. Only the information necessary to complete the transaction is shared.
  • Shipping and Logistics Partners: Carriers that deliver your orders. Only your name and shipping address are shared for delivery purposes.
  • Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand how users interact with our platform so we can improve the user experience. Data shared with analytics providers is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
  • Communication Platforms: Email service providers used to send transactional notifications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and consultation results.

4. Your Right to Opt Out of Data Sharing for Marketing

Although we do not sell your personal information, you have the right to opt out of any data sharing for marketing purposes. This includes:

  • Marketing Emails: You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
  • Analytics and Tracking: You can manage cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings. You may also use browser extensions or privacy tools to limit tracking.
  • Third-Party Marketing: We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If this practice were ever to change, we would provide you with advance notice and the right to opt out before any such sharing occurs.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may exercise any of the following rights by contacting us at support@crowngenix.com:

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: While we do not sell personal information, you may submit a formal opt-out request at any time, which will be documented and honored.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for making a privacy request.
